Request deletion

Users and authorized institutions can ask Cognitzone Technologies to delete personal information associated with our websites, EasyEduZone, and related software services.

Where applicable, information obtained through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations can also be deleted on a valid request, subject to legal obligations and legitimate retention requirements.

What to include

Email mail@cognitzone.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

• Your full name
• The email address and phone number linked to the account or lead
• Your organization or institution name, if the data was entered through our software
• The Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business number involved, if the request concerns a Meta integration
• A short description of the information you want deleted

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize the personal information we hold for the stated purpose, including, where relevant:

• Account and contact details held by Cognitzone Technologies
• Facebook and Instagram lead form information received through our application
• WhatsApp message and account information processed through an authorized integration

We may retain limited records when the law, a contract, security, or fraud-prevention requires it. Institution-owned student, staff, and operational records are controlled by the institution that entered them. That institution should also be contacted when the request concerns records inside its software account.

We aim to confirm receipt and complete a valid request within 30 days.
